We have the right to:

Remove or refuse to post any Contributions for any reason in our sole discretion.
Take any action, in our sole discretion, with respect to any Contribution that we believe violates the Terms of Use, infringes any intellectual property right, threatens the personal safety of users, or could create liability for the Company.
Disclose your identity to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights, including their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy.

You waive and hold harmless the company from any claims resulting from any action taken by the company during or as a result of its investigations and from any actions taken as a consequence of investigations by either the company or law enforcement authorities.

Accordingly, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications or content provided by any user or third parties. Infringe any intellectual property rights

The Company reserves the right to delete any content or Contributions, at any time, for any reason.

We make no warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy or availability of the Websites. JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to, them, their subject matter or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction). Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Websites shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California [in each case located in the San Francisco although we retain the right to bring any suit, action or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country]. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Chattertime Media, Inc. with respect to the Websites and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Websites.
